Q:How long does it take to ship a ring once ordered?
We ask for up to 15 working days to complete an order before shipping but often ship sooner.

Q: Will the ring turn colors or fade over time?

We use a sterling silver with a tarnish inhibitor that helps the silver hold it’s color for longer than most silvers.

Q: Will you combine shipping if I order more than one ring?

Yes, we would be happy to combine shipping for you so you only pay one shipping fee for multiple orders.

Q: How do I know what my finger size is?

We recommend going to get your finger sized at a jewelry store in your area, this is the best and most accurate way to determine what your ring size is for ordering.  Please tell them you are ordering a wider cigar band style ring so they compensate for the width.

Q: If I order the wrong size ring can it be returned for the correct size?

As long as the ring is not worn we would be happy to exchange the ring for a different size at no extra charge.
